Frequently Asked Questions

For courses tagged as “Programme for RC staff”, there are two types:

  1. Free (Any user with a registered account on learning.rainbowcentre.org.sg can access its content without needing to log in or enroll)
  2. Registration Required (The course can only be accessed through admin enrollment. If you are attending the course and are unable to access it, please check with RCTC for enrolment assistance.)

You can take as many courses as you’d like, as long as it is Free or you have been enrolled for the course.

Currently, courses tagged as “Programme for RC staff” are available to RC (Rainbow Centre) staff at no cost. For the other courses, please visit the individual course page for enrollment details.

Please visit the individual course pages to view the estimated duration and number of modules. You may complete the courses at your own pace.

Yes, our platform automatically saves your progress so you can pick up where you left off.

You can track your progress under ‘Enrolled Courses’ which shows your completed and in-progress courses.

Yes! You can revisit completed courses anytime for review.
